actionscript above removes mouse from screen. it was over movieclip every time u wanted to watch it. this way movie clip itself becomes the mouse cursor.

tweening with action script

tutorial i looked at to try create a more fluid transition between movie clips as they increase and decrease in size.

problem was it never worked - what i realised was tweening transitions can only be applyed to the whole stage and not to indevidulal movie clips.

anchor points - - Registration points

select movie clip -> Edit -> Edit in place

move movieclip over x on thop left of movie clip -> then click back button on top left

Problem with image alignment

Problem with image alignment - with this action scripting the movie clipt increase but not from centre of movie clip only from top left. needs to enlarge/jump out from centre.

All of our work is output to the screen (computer, TV or mobile phone) We might ask the following questions:

* Is the screen a page?
* Is the screen a frame?
* Is it like a slide, in a slide show?
* Is it a canvas?
* Is it a stage?
* Is it a window?

my brief is to create an art animation which questions what a screen is and how we view screens.
